TURNING REAL MOMENTS INTO LASTING ART
My path to photography didn’t start with a camera — it started with curiosity. I’m a lifelong nerd who grew up building my own computers, fascinated by how small details come together to create something bigger. That technical mindset shaped how I approach my work, but it was only part of the story.
That balance of structure and creativity was reinforced during my time in the Marine Corps, where precision, reliability, and attention to detail weren’t optional — they were expected. On a wedding day, that means being prepared, staying calm under pressure, and understanding that my role is to follow the plan and execute the bride’s vision with care and respect.
My artistic side eventually led me to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media Arts, where I fell in love with visual storytelling. Somewhere between modern digital gear and old-school craftsmanship, I found my style. From my dad’s film camera to today’s modern mirrorless cameras, I’m reminded that great images aren’t about trends or technology alone, but intention, patience, and emotion.
Today, I blend precision and creativity to capture moments that feel genuine, timeless, and worth holding onto.
